Personal involvement in local communities matter. Spotify as a global brand with offices in 20 countries seeks to empower their employees to help make a difference and create meaningful impact through volunteer, charitable, and community-driven participation outside of their regular work at Spotify.
We were tasked by Spotify’s social impact team to design and develop their internal leaderboard, Project Impact. The platform allows employees to see the collective volunteer impact of each city. Employees can sign up for events, suggest events, track the hours they’ve spent volunteering, and celebrate their experience by showcasing the event through photographs and video.
As an internal initiative, the leaderboard lives on Spotify’s private server and is not visible to the public.
